Digital Product Access and Download

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download and membership portal. After your purchase has been approved we will automatically process your order. Orders are typically processed within minutes but could take as long as one hour to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will contain instructions for how to register to access your digital product.

You will also receive a separate email from our payment processing system, which serves as your electronic purchase receipt.

Once in the member area, you have access to our private YouTube videos within the course as well as digital workbook downloads from our servers. The course area is closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of views and downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our members area.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via video views and Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not viewed or downloaded our product, we will consider issuing you a refund. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase. Send your refund request to hello@amyjacobus.marketing.
