MEET MY TEAM
Paige Jacobus is our social media and creative digital marketing mastermind.
While providing creative support in developing social campaigns, proofreading copy and handling client campaign emails, she’s always looking for the latest and greatest hashtag to connect clients to their perfect consumer. You can often find her stalking influencers and taking notes, coming up with different ways our clients can be more creative on social media. Growing a following for each of our clients takes time, strategy and dedication. And she is careful to keep the end game in mind – more followers only means more business if we direct people to what we’re selling!
Paige graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s in Dance Performance, studying under Autumn Eckman, Judy Chitwood, Brian Carey Chung, Paula Frasz and others. Currently living in Chicago, IL, Paige works for a fitness company handling their marketing and sales. In her free time, she performs as a freelance dancer for choreographers in the Chicagoland area.
Working for AJM keeps Paige connected to the dance world, while continuing to expand her creativity.
Kate Ladenheim is our graphic designer and developer. She creates print and web materials for AJM clients — everything from full-blown websites to email templates to brochures, postcards, in-house reports, ads for social media and more.
Kate, a combination of creative and executor, synthesizes high-level aesthetic ideas and grounds them with purpose and action. She works tirelessly to make sure our clients have what they need – following Amy’s lead in ensuring everyone we work with is heard and taken care of.
Kate is also Artistic Director of The People Movers, a dance and arts production collaborative through which she has been awarded many residencies and shown work internationally. She loves supporting artists and small businesses, which is how she arrived at Amy Jacobus Marketing. Like her diligent work in dancing, choreographing and producing events, Kate shapes her efforts in design and digital marketing to help make clients’ lives richer and easier, their missions more attainable and their impact greater.
Caroline Haidet is a NYC based freelance artist pursuing her interests in marketing, videography, and dance. Caroline is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a BFA in Dance and minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. This past summer, she interned at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival and is currently working for Nel Shelby Productions and interning at the Merce Cunningham Trust. Caroline is ecstatic to join the AJM team this fall and is looking forward to growing her marketing skills!
Gabe Henry Rosenberg
Gabe Henry Rosenberg is a Brooklyn-based writer, copyeditor, and researcher. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz’s journalism program, Gabe has published widely on history, art, sports, and humor. Before joining AJM, he spent the better part of the decade traveling the world, living for extensive periods in Peru and Nepal. When he isn’t writing copy for Amy’s clients, he suffers great emotional turmoil on the softball field. He is Edison’s godfather.
Anna Bjella is a dancer, choreographer, arts administrator, techie, scientist, activist, and snarky intersectional feminist. She graduated from Brown University in May 2018 with a degree in Neuroscience (Magna Cum Laude, Sigma Xi Honor Society). Anna handles AJM’s IT needs, ensuring that everyone’s technology is up-to-date and working properly.
When she’s not being an Internet wizard for AJM, Anna works in the Development Department at Gibney Dance, teaches math to young women, and choreographs and performs as a freelance dancer and choreographer. She makes work that questions normative notions of choreography and dance to interrogate societal norms, and her work has been presented at Movement Research at Judson Church, The Craft NY, The Dance Complex, Brown University, the American Dance Festival student showings, and The Newport Art Museum.
Alison Machabee is a New York City-based dancer, choreographer, and arts administrator. She earned a BFA in Dance Performance and a BBA in Business Management from Southern Methodist University in 2018, and since making the move to NYC, has been uniquely utilizing both degrees.
Alison studies on a full scholarship at the Paul Taylor School of American Modern Dance, has presented her own choreography on New York City stages, and serves as both a dancer and development director for the newly-founded Parisa Khobdeh Dance Company.
Alison believes that the most successful artists function creatively and organizationally, so she is thrilled to join the Amy Jacobus Marketing team in a role that allows her to learn about and contribute to development of our shared creative community.
Edison is in charge of keeping Amy company in her home office and reminding her to take breaks to walk around and enjoy Brooklyn.
A smart and sneaky strategist, Edison has realized that threatening to bark during conference calls means he gets the special treats. Providing snuggles and joy to the whole team, he is happiest when meetings involve lots of guests. And snacks.
Most importantly, he is really freaking cute. Just look at him!
